Best men’s store ever. In addition to great lines of clothing customer service is above and beyond. Taylor “saved” a special jacket by ordering Eleventy buttons for me and I didn’t even buy the jacket from them. He went to the trouble to call the company to find the buttons and texted me back and forth as the status of my getting them before leaving on an upcoming trip. Beautiful clothes and exemplary customer service! Thank you Taylor!

My husband and I have been devoted Dumas clients for years. Whenever we are in Charleston we make it a must to stop by the store. The team is always beyond helpful, even remembering small details about my husband’s somewhat picky tastes! The new store in Mt Pleasant is fresh, vibrant and a new vibe from the downtown store - we loved it! Being able to visit friends in the area and then pop over to Town Centre was awesome. In this landscape of big box stores, it’s always a treat to have special attention paid, and a curated selection in which to choose from.

One of my favorite places to shop and yesterday was just another fine example of the level of customer service here. I went in to purchase a father's day gift for my Dad. I ended up purchasing a nice polo for myself too. Then the sky opened up with rain. The staff at Dumas offered everyone a beer while we waited for the rain to pass. They also double bagged my purchases so they would not get wet. Excellent service and I will be back.

Ordered a bag online from this store that was sold out other places. Arrived quickly and was nicely packaged. Seems like this store cares about customers and wants repeat business. I plan to visit in-person next time I’m in Charleston.

This is where Charlestonians shop. It offers a wide assortment of men's specialty brands. Lachlan and Rachel were knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent quality items with an informed sales team. We have been shopping here for years and we will be back.

I am 69 years old and recently lost 70 pounds. I needed to re wardrobe. This is the best mens clothing store I have ever been in. It certainly beats anything in Raleigh. I cant wait to go back. Great variety, quality.

I didn’t purchase anything from this store, but I absolutely had to leave this review because George deserves the recognition. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, and asked if I needed help. I told him I didn't because I was looking for a belt and they were very close to the entrance. He came over anyway and happily helped. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my size. I explained that my belt had broken and I was literally holding my pants up while trying to get to Target. Even so, George didn’t just send me on my way. He noticed the problem and took the time to fix my belt for me. He didn’t have to do that—especially since at that point, I wasn’t even buying anything—but he did it anyway, just to help. I had already passed a few other stores while doing this embarrassing “walk of shame,” and thanks to George, I didn’t have to continue it. I was able to go back to my original destination with my dignity intact. This is the kind of customer service you don’t forget. Thank you, George, for going above and beyond when you had nothing to gain from it. You truly represent this store well.

My husband and I were having no luck finding Ferragamo summer shoes for a last-minute vacation, as they were sold out everywhere. We were delighted to find them available at this store, which we’ve always loved visiting in Charleston. Shipping was fast and seamless, and the shoes arrived just in time. Excellent online shopping experience.
